Effective September 5, 2026. What we collect, why, who else touches it, and your choices.
This policy explains what information Locker Leads collects, why, who else touches it, how
long we keep it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what we need to bill
you and send you the weekly email, we hand payments to Stripe and email delivery to Resend, we
do not sell or share your information for advertising, and you can leave at any time.
Locker Leads is operated by JRC & Associates, Inc., a California corporation doing business as Locker Leads, 12935 Alcosta Blvd. #3761, San Ramon, CA 94583. We are based in the United States and our
systems run in the United States. Contact: support@lockerleads.com.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
Your email address and the counties you subscribe to.
Your name, billing address and card details, which you enter on Stripe’s checkout
page. Stripe collects and stores these; we receive your name, the last four digits and brand of
your card, and your billing status. We never see or store your full card number.
Anything you include in an email to us — a question, a refund request, a county
change.
Information created as we operate
Subscription records: your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, the counties
on your plan, whether your subscription is active, past due or cancelled, and when it started.
Send records: which issue we sent to which address and when, and the delivery
identifier from our email provider. We keep these because the law that governs commercial email
requires us to be able to show what we sent and to whom, and to prove we honoured opt-outs.
Email delivery events from our email provider: whether an issue was delivered,
bounced or reported as spam, and whether it was opened or a link in it was clicked, where your
email program reports that.
Website logs: when you visit lockerleads.com our hosting provider records the usual
technical details — IP address, browser type, pages requested, time — for security and to keep
the site running. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on the site.
3. How we use it
To deliver the weekly issues for your counties and the welcome issue when you subscribe.
To bill you, process refunds, and manage your subscription.
To answer your emails and give support.
To tell you about changes to the service, its pricing or these policies, as our
Terms require us to.
To keep the service secure and to prevent abuse — for example, detecting a subscription
being shared or scraped.
To understand, in aggregate, how the service is used — how many subscribers a county has,
how many issues bounce — so we can improve it. We do not build individual profiles.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not send marketing email to
subscribers beyond the service itself and notices about it.
4. Who else sees it
We share your information only with the companies that help us run the service, each of
which is bound to use it only for that purpose:
Stripe — payments, receipts and the billing portal. Stripe’s own privacy policy
governs the card and identity details you give it.
Resend — delivering our email.
Cloudflare — hosting lockerleads.com, the database that holds subscriber records,
and routing email sent to our addresses.
Google Workspace — the mailbox where your emails to us arrive.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers or
advertisers. We will disclose information if the law requires it — a valid subpoena or court
order — or to protect the rights or safety of a person, and we will tell you if we are
permitted to. If the business is sold or merged, subscriber records would transfer to the new
owner under this policy, and we would tell you.
5. Information in our listings
Our listings describe sales — where and when they happen — compiled from information that
facilities, auctioneers and auction platforms have already published, and from data provided
to us under licence. If you believe information about you appears in something we have
published and you want to ask about it, write to us at support@lockerleads.com
and we will look into it promptly.
6. How long we keep it
Subscription and billing records: while you are a subscriber, and afterwards for as
long as tax and accounting rules require — generally seven years.
Send records: for as long as we may need to demonstrate compliance with commercial
email law, generally three years from the send.
Your unsubscribe request: indefinitely. An opt-out is kept so that it keeps being
honoured, even if you subscribe again later with the same address.
Support emails: as long as they are useful for helping you, then deleted in the
ordinary course.
Website logs: for the short period our hosting provider retains them by default.
7. Your choices and rights
Stop the email: every issue has a one-click unsubscribe link, honoured immediately.
This does not cancel billing — see the Terms.
Cancel: any time, from your billing portal.
See, correct or delete your information: email support@lockerleads.com
from the address on the account and tell us what you want. We will verify it is you, act within
45 days, and tell you when it is done. Some records we are required to keep (section 6) cannot
be deleted before their retention period ends; we will tell you if that applies.
California residents. You have the right to know what personal information we
collect, use and disclose about you, to request its deletion, and to not be discriminated
against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information and do not share it
for cross-context behavioural advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.
To exercise a right, use the contact in section 12. You may also authorise someone to act for
you; we will ask for proof of that authority.
If you are outside the United States. The service is offered in the US and your
information is processed here. By subscribing you agree to that.
8. Security
The website and our email links use HTTPS. Subscriber records are held in a database with
access limited to the systems that need it, and administrative access is limited to the people
who run the service. Card details never reach our systems at all. No method of storage or
transmission is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your information ever occurs, we will
notify you as the law requires.
9. Cookies, tracking and “Do Not Track”
lockerleads.com does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you
across other websites. The site may store a small preference in your browser (for example,
which tab of a page you last viewed) that never leaves your device. Stripe’s checkout and
billing pages set their own cookies under Stripe’s policy. Because we do not track across sites,
we do not change our behaviour in response to “Do Not Track” signals — there is nothing to
turn off.
10. Children
The service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if
you believe a minor has subscribed, tell us and we will remove the account.
11. Changes to this policy
The current version is always at lockerleads.com/privacy, with its effective date below. If
we make a change that affects how we use your information in a way you would care about, we
will email subscribers before it takes effect.
